- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Phone Support: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, screen and route calls, and take accurate messages.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, handle couriers, and assist with data entry and filing.
- Customer Relations: Assist walk-in customers, answer inquiries, and resolve basic issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front office role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional phone manner.
