Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, routing them efficiently to the appropriate departments.
- Handle front desk operations, including check-in/check-out of visitors and maintaining the reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to keep operations running smoothly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and coordinate conference room bookings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
