Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence during night shift hours
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars for department heads
- Process and organize confidential documents with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory, supply management, and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff and external stakeholders
- Assist with payroll processing and expense report reconciliation
- Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc administrative projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong typing skills (60+ WPM) with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
