Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Greet and screen visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate mail, shipping, and office supply inventory
- Maintain tidy reception area and conference room scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation

Qualifications
