- Maintain reception area appearance and office supplies inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- New York City residency preferred
