Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring they feel valued and directed appropriately.
- Phone Management: Answer and screen incoming calls with a polite and professional tone, routing them to the correct department or individual.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Schedule meetings and appointments using company software, ensuring calendars are updated and conflicts are resolved.
- Mail & Correspondence: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes; draft and send standard correspondence.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the company to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business or administrative coursework is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
