Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel with a high level of courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings, including room setup and calendar management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs and maintain office supplies inventory.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
