Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system with exceptional phone etiquette and professional greeting.
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute correspondence efficiently to appropriate departments.
- Perform basic data entry, filing, and document management to maintain accurate records.
- Assist administrative staff with various projects, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain the reception area and office common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Process invoices and assist with expense reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk administrator, or in a customer service role is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clientele.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic office setting.
- Reliable transportation is required.
