Responsibilities
- Greets visitors warmly and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manages the front desk switchboard, answering and routing incoming calls efficiently.
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and deliveries.
- Assists with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Updates appointment calendars and schedules meetings.

Qualifications
