Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Sort and distribute office materials to staff members.
- Assist with basic data entry and maintaining accurate digital filing systems.
- Monitor the reception area to ensure it remains organized and welcoming at all times.
- Support administrative staff with various office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
