Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure it is organized and welcoming.
- Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phone systems, screen and direct calls, and take accurate messages for staff members.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, file management, and prepare documents or correspondence as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate room setups, and manage conference room calendars.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department head.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
