- Office Operations: Assist in inventory management for office supplies and coordinate maintenance requests as needed.

Responsibilities
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department with professionalism.
- Execute Data Entry: Input customer information, order details, and service records into our CRM and internal databases with high accuracy.
- Process Communications: Handle email correspondence, draft routine responses, and sort incoming/outgoing mail.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
