Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them appropriately and managing the reception area.
- Data Entry Operations: Perform high-speed and high-accuracy data entry tasks, updating databases and maintaining digital records with 100% precision.
- Phone System Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and transfer inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence or reports.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and archive physical and electronic documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and internal staff questions in a timely and helpful manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a minimum of 40 WPM with strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours with consistent attendance and punctuality.
