Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into our CRM and ERP systems.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executives.
- Generate reports and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proven data entry experience with a typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
