Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors and directing calls with a professional demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including updating databases and maintaining digital records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and communications promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for management staff.
- Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a Data Entry role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
