Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors and clients warmly; manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Accurate Data Entry: Input customer information, invoices, and records into our CRM and databases with high precision and speed.
- Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Customer Relations: Resolve basic client issues and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Mail & Delivery: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Business or Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Data Entry is preferred, but we are open to training motivated candidates for immediate hire.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Typing Speed: Must have a typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM with a focus on accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours.
