- Administrative Support: Handle mail, package deliveries, and schedule meetings for management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy access.
- Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers and answer inquiries regarding company services and hours.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
