Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and greet visitors professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Accurately input and update customer and employee data into our CRM system and internal databases.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for senior staff.
- Process incoming mail, emails, and faxes, ensuring timely distribution.
- Prepare expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role, specifically with data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated data entry accuracy with a typing speed of 35+ words per minute.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
