Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling and email correspondence.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it to relevant departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Data Entry Clerk is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
