- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with administrative tasks like report generation and document formatting
- Collaborate with department heads on confidential data management projects
- Support HR functions onboarding documentation and employee records updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute accuracy
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Nebraska residency required for local commuting
