Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in data entry with high speed and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
