- Support event planning and travel arrangements
- Collaborate with vendors for office maintenance services
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly)
