Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

- Perform basic clerical tasks including data entry and filing

Qualifications
