- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in organizing office events and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
