Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, including archiving and retrieving documents as needed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, newsletters, and general correspondence.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with a strong command of data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
