Responsibilities
- Greet and Direct: Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel professionally.
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and company records in our database with a focus on data integrity.
- Phone Support: Answer multi-line phones professionally, screen calls, and take detailed messages.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, manage filing systems, and assist with scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and fast typing skills (30+ WPM).
