- Maintain professional appearance of reception area and common spaces
- Support HR department with new hire onboarding paperwork
- Act as primary point of contact for emergency protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings (7am start)
