Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication Hub: Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls appropriately, and manage email correspondence with efficiency.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for management and staff.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Customer Interaction: Assist visitors with inquiries and provide exceptional service to maintain high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
