Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Administrative Support: Manage the front office, handle mail distribution, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Scheduling: Maintain and update the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Client Relations: Provide information about the company to clients and ensure a positive first impression of our brand.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and order office supplies as required to keep the workspace running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a flexible schedule.
