Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors with professionalism and coordinate meeting schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office inventory
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with precision
- Assist with onboarding preparation and office supply procurement
- Support administrative projects including document formatting and data entry
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
