- Perform administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for 50+ person gatherings
- Maintain digital filing systems with 99% accuracy
- Act as primary liaison for building management and vendor communications
- Execute confidential document processing and sensitive information handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Associates degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and video conferencing tools
