Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel using a multi-line phone system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating internal meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front-office support role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
