Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and empathy
- Manage multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records
- Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and HIPAA-compliant data entry
- Coordinate mail delivery, courier services, and office supply inventory
- Assist with clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and document management
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and waiting space
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative/reception experience in healthcare setting
