Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting rooms, and travel arrangements for executive staff
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services with accuracy
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge preparation and new hire orientation
- Maintain organized reception areas and ensure office supplies are fully stocked
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and report generation
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments on facility and equipment needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
