Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route incoming calls
- Greet and assist visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting arrangements
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing)
- Support office supply inventory management
- Collaborate with team on special projects and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
