Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and message accuracy
- Greet visitors warmly, screen arrivals, and coordinate badge access procedures
- Maintain professional conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Support HR and administrative functions including document preparation
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and service requests
- Update and manage digital directories and staff contact information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with composure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Office 365)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
