Your Mission:
As our Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of our brand, managing the flow of daily operations with grace and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all visitors warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or meeting room.
- Phone Management: Handle a high volume of incoming calls with a friendly tone, routing inquiries to the correct staff members and taking accurate messages.
- Mail & Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Scheduling: Manage the front desk calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room bookings using industry-standard software.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, catering, and security services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern phone systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
