Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional tone.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including updating databases, entering customer information, and maintaining digital records.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for management.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Handle incoming inquiries via email and in-person with prompt and courteous responses.
- Assist in general clerical duties and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
