- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain office supply inventory
- Assist with new employee onboarding and administrative paperwork
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks including expense report processing
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment coordination and scheduling interviews
- Implement office safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide backup support for executive administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
