Responsibilities
- Manage professional switchboard operations, including call screening and forwarding
- Greet and assist all visitors with warmth and efficiency
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and conference logistics
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area immaculately with professional ambiance
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Assist with special event coordination and visitor management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year corporate reception experience
