- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments with accuracy
- Maintain organized reception areas and office supplies inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Support event coordination and meeting room management
- Uphold company security protocols for visitor access
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
