Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Handle front desk administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with basic office supply inventory and ordering.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
