Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership.
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry tasks into our CRM and database systems.
- Handle all incoming communications, including answering phones professionally and managing email correspondence.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and business correspondence.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and team activities.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
