Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors upon arrival, managing the sign-in process.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
