Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional tone, screen and route inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining the organization's filing systems.
- Mail and Packages: Sort, distribute, and log incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and coordinating calendars.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, restock supplies, and ensure office equipment is in working order.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or front desk experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for this entry-level position.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
