The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can handle the front desk with grace and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming communications, greeting visitors, and supporting our administrative team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for internal staff.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and expense reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
