Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail handling
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across 15+ departments using Outlook
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding new visitors and manage digital visitor registration system
- Provide basic administrative support including document scanning and filing
- Support HR initiatives through candidate coordination and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain clean, organized reception area with branded materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational abilities
