Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling inquiries
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and office logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and appointment schedules
- Perform light clerical duties (data entry, filing, document preparation)
- Assist with office equipment maintenance and supply inventory
- Support administrative staff with ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
