Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics across departments
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and distribute mail/packages efficiently
- Perform light administrative tasks (data entry, filing, document preparation)
- Support office supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Assist with event coordination and reception duties for client meetings

Qualifications
