Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails with efficiency and accuracy.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the appointment calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate room bookings.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure the front desk is always fully equipped.
- Mail & Courier: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely fashion.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and setting up for company events and meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or administrative support role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings, as required.
